Marques, our technician, was very knowledgeable and efficient. His customer service skills are excellent, and his manners were impeccable. Marques removed his shoes upon entering our home, and that was a plus as we’ve just had new carpet installed. I had many questions and he patiently answered every single one; allowing me an opportunity to understand the issues  about which I was concerned. He's a  wonderful asset to your company! There was a leak under the kitchen sink and Marques replaced all of the old corroded pipe work! That job was long overdue! He completed the work quickly and efficiently, and we no longer have an Issue with water leaking under the sink. And I no longer  have to put a container underneath to catch the water! Marques even did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.There’s so much more space underneath the sink because of the new plumbing installation! I am elated more than words can say! Showed up even sooner than expected as he finished earlier jobs sooner than planned. He called to see if I would like for him to come sooner, which was nice.
